Locate the chemical knob on the control panel.

Using a 1/2 inch Allen wrench, loosen the set screw on the chemical knob.

Pull the chemical knob to remove it.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the four screws from the control panel.

Pull the control panel up to access the brass knob.

Using a crescent wrench, remove the brass ring from the knob.

Locate the chemical injector valve.

Using needle pliers, squeeze the hose clamps to loosen them.

Using a wrench, remove the brass elbows from the chemical injector valve.

|
Remove the tip slowly and carefully so you don't lose the inner parts. Set aside the spring and ball.

|
Use a paper clip or small allen wrench to clean the tip. Reverse the process to re-install or replace the chemical injector valve.
